Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with enterprise and government customers to discover, scope, and structure automation use cases.
  • •Translate business processes (procurement, HR, legal, security operations, and more) into structured agent workflows on Silkrunner.
  • •Challenge and shape customer thinking by identifying which steps can be offloaded to agents and designing the implementation approach.
  • •Act as the bridge between customer and product by returning with clear, actionable implementation plans for the delivery team.
  • •Implement, configure, and iterate on agent solutions through to production while working to tight delivery milestones and feeding learnings back to the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in forward deployed, solution architect, solution engineering, or implementation consulting with hands-on customer delivery.
  • •A consultant mindset comfortable with senior stakeholders to extract how the business works and scope it into buildable solutions.
  • •Strong grasp of enterprise business processes (procurement, HR, finance, legal, or security operations).
  • •Technical depth to understand platform capabilities and design agent workflows while working credibly with engineering teams.
  • •Experience mapping customer requirements onto a product platform (e.g., Palantir, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
