Senior Catering Supervisor (QA)

Oversee project-site catering operations, acting as key liaison for procurement, store rooms, kitchen, dining facilities, lodging, and transportation of food. Enforce HACCP, food safety and health standards; supervise and train staff; manage inventory, schedules and cost controls; report to the Projects Manager/Senior Catering Supervisor on departmental responsibilities.
