Job Summary

Act as the Owner’s representative on ADNOC projects, overseeing on-site piping construction activities by EPC contractors. Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, manage contractor performance, and coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams. Lead HSE, QA/QC, and progress reporting to PMC management for large-scale oil & gas EPC/EPCM projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Construction Oversight & Execution: Monitor and supervise EPC contractor construction activities for piping discipline and ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and IFC deliverables.
•HSE Leadership: Champion ADNOC’s Zero Incident safety culture, ensure adherence to policies and permit-to-work systems, participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
•Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure construction works comply with ADNOC standards, review inspections and certifications, implement ITPs, and manage non-conformances.
•Contractor Management: Act as PMC interface with EPC contractors, review progress and productivity, support variations and claims.
•Schedule & Progress Monitoring: Track progress against baselines, identify critical path issues, report to PMC management and ADNOC stakeholders.
