Job Summary

Lead SAP Produce to Deliver and Lead to Cash capabilities within ERP modernization, contributing across preparation, execution, and operations for the S/4 implementation program. Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions, configure SAP and integrations, and support incident resolution with root-cause analysis. Own connected applications (e.g., SAP Transportation Management and SAP Global Trade Services), supervise partner/system integrator work, document solutions, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to ERP modernization by supporting the SAP S/4 implementation program for Produce to Deliver processes.
•Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, industry, and company standards.
•Translate business needs into functional specifications with Supply Chain Logistics and Trade Compliance partners.
•Configure SAP and design integrations to connected applications; troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
•Oversee incident resolution, maintain solution documentation/KBA, supervise partner/system integrator work, and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years of SAP functional design experience with a deep focus on the SAP Supply Chain suite.
•End-to-end implementation experience on SAP S/4, including multi-country rollouts.
•Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA; S/4HANA certification is necessary.
•Experience managing ITIL-based support (Incident, Problem, Change) using tools such as ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager and ALM.
