Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to ERP modernization by supporting the SAP S/4 implementation program for Produce to Deliver processes.
  • •Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, industry, and company standards.
  • •Translate business needs into functional specifications with Supply Chain Logistics and Trade Compliance partners.
  • •Configure SAP and design integrations to connected applications; troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • •Oversee incident resolution, maintain solution documentation/KBA, supervise partner/system integrator work, and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of SAP functional design experience with a deep focus on the SAP Supply Chain suite.
  • •End-to-end implementation experience on SAP S/4, including multi-country rollouts.
  • •Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA; S/4HANA certification is necessary.
  • •Experience managing ITIL-based support (Incident, Problem, Change) using tools such as ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager and ALM.
