Key Responsibilities

•Assist Portfolio Banking Advisors and Banking Relationship Advisors with client portfolios and account administration, including communication with clients and participation in meetings.
•Manage a portfolio of clients when appropriate and present credit analyses at Group Credit Committee.
•Coordinate deposit processing, client transactions, and documentation for credit underwriting and servicing; ensure systems information is up-to-date.
•Develop action plans for client servicing, collaborate with team members across disciplines, and implement service improvements.
•Support business development efforts and prepare client presentations, while ensuring compliance and maintaining knowledge of loan agreements and financial documents.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of banking products and services is required; credit underwriting experience is required.
•5+ years’ experience in financial servicing/accounting fields with client servicing background; formal credit training with at least one year of underwriting experience.
•Ability to prepare and review loan documents, conduct credit analysis, and understand compliance requirements for new accounts and relationships.
•Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with experience in client servicing and relationship management.
•Ability to coordinate with underwriting, servicing, and cross-functional teams to support client needs and renewals.
