Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed design of low to extra high voltage substations, including diagrams, schematics, wiring, SCADA, communications, station physical layouts, and related plans/details.
  • •Create grounding, foundation, structural, control enclosure, and lightning protection designs, plus yard lighting and bills of materials.
  • •Support QA/QC for client deliverables and learn/adapt to client standards and processes.
  • •Work individually or within a team to complete complex, technically challenging substation designs.
  • •Contribute to projects across new substations, expansions, equipment replacements, protection/control upgrades, physical layout modifications, and associated fiber optic and communications improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (BS Electrical Engineering) or BSEET (BS Electrical Engineering Technology) degree, preferably with a power option from an accredited university.
  • •0–1 years of experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical engineering to build on.
  • •Strong English command with good written and oral communication skills for internal and client work.
  • •Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without work sponsorship; proven workplace safety and policy compliance.
