Job Summary

Own and continuously improve the end-to-end product testing process for footwear, ensuring reliable fit, performance, and quality insights. Collect and synthesize tester evaluations into actionable recommendations, collaborate with Product Development and Technical Services on improvements, and maintain an accurate Product Testing Database. Lead tester network development, drive innovation through fit/wear testing, coordinate test and benchmark events, and support the Digital Product Testing Platform with IT stakeholders.

•Manage and continuously improve the product testing process to provide reliable fit, performance, and quality insights for footwear development.
•Run end-to-end testing and ensure timely, high-quality feedback from stakeholders, translating evaluations into actionable recommendations.
•Review fit and performance feedback with Product Development and support product improvement initiatives.
•Collaborate with Technical Services to investigate and follow up on potential product quality concerns.
•Coordinate test events and benchmark testing activities; support testing at source and collaborate with the Asia-based testing team.
