Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair complex liquid, drying/powder processing, and packaging equipment.
  • •Back up and maintain PLC, HMI, VSD, and controller program/software versions.
  • •Troubleshoot automation issues across hardware/instruments and program settings/bugs and connectivity.
  • •Perform PMs, work orders, and project work, including disassembly, diagnosis, repair, and re-assembly to hygienic/sanitary standards.
  • •Support predictive maintenance program development and work with Engineering to resolve downtime and major process issues, while following cGMP requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechatronics (or equivalent).
  • •Have 3-5 years of industrial automation & maintenance experience.
  • •Have experience and knowledge in automation and predictive/preventative maintenance technologies (food or pharma preferred).
  • •Have knowledge in GMP and SAP.
  • •Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • •Willing to work in Tuas (with company transport provided at various MRT stations).
