Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform failure analysis by conducting electrical characterization and electrical verification to confirm failures, and apply PFA techniques for de-processing failures.
  • •Drive failure analysis initiatives to support yield enhancement, creating and delivering new methodologies and capabilities.
  • •Identify, communicate, and support root cause analysis of yield issues and process deviations.
  • •Participate in global meetings and present results to Product Development and Process Integration teams.
  • •Collaborate with metrology and RDA teams to re-define and validate inline detection capability and support transfer documentation from R&D to manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •4–10 years experience in Failure Analysis or PFA, including electrical characterization and electrical verification.
  • •Strong understanding of PFA techniques for de-processing failures.
  • •Fluency in Python, JavaScript, and/or C or C++.
  • •Experience using JMP statistical software is desirable.
