Sr Representative Learning Operations - Robards

Conduct new team member orientation and facilitate classroom learning courses, including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training support. Support leadership development and plant skills training, as well as the Upward Academy initiative. Ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time, assess communication needs (including language barriers), collect/analyze survey feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborate regularly with HR, operations, management, and hourly team members.
