Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and run structured training so investigative and compliance teams embed TRM into day-to-day workflows. Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” by channeling feedback to product and engineering, while monitoring engagement, churn risk, and usage trends. Contribute to 24-hour support coverage and provide timely responses during critical events.
