Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct project setup using internal systems, convert opportunities to billable jobs, and process approved add-service requests.
  • •Manage engineering teams to complete multiple concurrent projects, supporting workplans, schedules, tracking tasks, and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • •Maintain client communication on project status and schedules, proactively coordinating client actions and tracking financial performance metrics for forecasting and invoicing.
  • •Coordinate QA/QC for project deliverables and final submissions, including project correspondence such as RFIs and submittal reviews.
  • •Support project pursuits by assembling technical resources, scope, and pricing for proposals, logging opportunity progress, maintaining a proposal fee database, and coordinating process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, architecture, engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or consulting engineering firm.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of post-education experience in a project management role in a relevant industry, or related experience in architectural engineering in a similar role.
  • •Experience with project planning, cost management, schedule management, and analyzing/reporting project performance using financial KPIs.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI, Visio), Bluebeam, and Adobe applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • •Ability to learn and become proficient with internal project management platforms.
