Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership to a group of ADTS/CPD engineers supporting customers, projects, and market opportunities.
  • •Drive technical service and application development using deep knowledge of key technologies and cross-functional responsibilities.
  • •Translate company strategic vision into objectives and action plans, aligning resource/equipment selection and allocation.
  • •Identify, develop, and implement tools, systems, and processes to continuously improve technical service, application development, and project management effectiveness.
  • •Manage teamwork and collaboration, develop direct reports, and support hiring and training activities; conduct continuous dialogue and hold direct reports accountable to goals and budget objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Chemistry.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • •Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, including influencing and managerial agility.
  • •Deep understanding of key technologies and applications in the relevant market segments to drive technical service and application development.
  • •Strong understanding of responsibilities across cross-functional groups and the ability to use project management skills/tools to advance product and application development projects.
