Job Summary

Build and implement the ALM/PLM environment for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) development, digitalizing A-SPICE–based product development processes and quality governance. Own Codebeamer-centered end-to-end traceability from requirements to verification, and integrate engineering collaboration through Jira and PLM connections. Lead requirements/version/change management design, quality/process standardization, and governance, while managing vendors/partners and ensuring delivery of schedule, quality, and risk outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement Codebeamer-based ALM strategy, including requirements/version/change management and end-to-end traceability from requirement to verification.
•Analyze and systemize A-SPICE-based engineering processes, standardizing development processes as system requirements.
•Design collaboration workflows and integration between Codebeamer and Jira, including data linkage across requirements, development, and test with change history management.
•Benchmark ALM/PLM solutions, evaluate partners via RFPs, and manage vendor/partner collaboration and project execution (schedule, quality, risk).
•Set up engineering process and quality governance with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting steering committee operation and project decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Execute enterprise ALM/PLM/PDM system implementation projects end-to-end.
•Experience building a Product Management System and/or establishing product lifecycle or product development processes.
•Build Requirements Management using Codebeamer or a similar ALM solution.
•Understand Requirement Engineering, Traceability, Baseline, and Change Management concepts.
•Define or implement A-SPICE-based product development processes and demonstrate Jira-based collaboration environment experience.
