Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement enterprise services for identity and access management, SaaS integrations, MDM/endpoint, and internal tooling with reliability and security.
  • •Build and evolve infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code patterns, including modules/templates and review contributions.
  • •Automate employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) and provisioning/policy enforcement across core systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian).
  • •Define and measure SLOs; create dashboards, alerts, and runbooks; participate in incident response and on-call for enterprise platforms.
  • •Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end by authoring clear specs, aligning stakeholders, de-risking launches, and delivering durable outcomes with documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shipping multi-stakeholder engineering projects that improve reliability, efficiency, or employee experience at scale.
  • •Hands-on infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience (e.g., Terraform and modern pipelines) for identity, SaaS, or internal platform configuration.
  • •Strong understanding of identity and access management integrations (SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC) across enterprise systems.
  • •Ability to build automations and internal tooling integrating with APIs for systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
