Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor GC EHS performance to ensure compliance with stated practices, regulatory requirements, and contract EHS deliverables.
  • •Provide current EHS performance data to the construction management team, including trending, incident management, and EHS metrics.
  • •Conduct daily safety walkabouts/site tours with GC management and safety representatives, and support weekly inspections as practicable.
  • •Act as a coach and advisor to the safety committee; support risk and hazard assessments and Significant Incident investigations.
  • •Ensure EHS KPIs and indicators submitted by the GC are accurate, timely, and complete; conduct monthly evaluations and issue weekly EHS summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum four or more years of construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar experience.
  • •Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • •Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • •Knowledge of MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
