Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance, and custody fees, including fund NAV calculations on daily/weekly/monthly cycles.
  • •Prepare financial statements and other client financial reports as agreed.
  • •Clear reconciliation breaks between broker records and the bank’s books of records.
  • •File records of correspondences and processed client instructions for audit purposes.
  • •Account for and accrue fund expenses and provide accurate, timely client reporting.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with over 1–2 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
  • •Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments, terms, and fund services operations.
