Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a remote point of contact for technical support for Electronics users.

  • •Install and configure software, and document internal procedures and FAQs.
  • •Walk users through product/system usage and follow up to ensure resolution, escalating recurring issues to Tier 2 or higher.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 0–3 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •Proficiency with Windows operating systems and familiarity with mobile devices (iPhones and iPads).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with patience and empathy for customer support.
  • •Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tickets in a virtual team environment while meeting SLAs.
  • •Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (e.g., A+ CE, Network+ CE, CCNA-Security, SSCP) and an active Secret clearance.
