  • •Mentor engineering talent, develop lead engineers, and build succession plans to scale leadership capability across teams.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful customer experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience leading and delivering large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives, including distributed systems and cloud-native design and implementation.
