Job Summary

Lead the product development process from concept through commercialization, overseeing samples and bulk production for RTW. Partner with Design, Merchandising, Materials, and Technical teams to execute development plans, sourcing support, seasonal calendars, and cross-functional decision-making. Own timelines and delivery status across prototypes, fit, and pre-production, including WIP charts, Bill of Materials in EcVision, and coordination with overseas and domestic factories.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product development activities from initial concept through commercialization, including production of samples and bulk.
•Create and maintain seasonal calendars, WIP charts, and seasonal costing charts to ensure timely deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Manage development and production execution by tracking proto/line opening/fit/pre-production deliveries and updating master WIP status from suppliers.
•Coordinate development packages, materials, and trims with tech and materials management; attend design card handoffs and fittings to guide approvals.
•Lead weekly cross-functional PTM meetings, mentor a team of coordinators, and manage factory workload/communication for overseas and domestic production.
