Senior Specialist - Sales and Service (Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, AE)

Provide client services, sales and administration support within the Retail Banking Group. Respond to client queries and complaints, complete transactions and service requests within agreed TATs, and ensure service quality and compliance with bank policies. Support the business team with day-to-day revenue-generating activities by using data to educate clients on access options, channel migration, and cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate reporting, create internal documentation, and work closely with Relationship Managers.
