Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable customers to organize, manage, and secure Retool at scale across the full customer journey.
  • •Redesign admin onboarding and management experiences, including guided setup flows, search, and admin dashboards.
  • •Build the Projects organizational primitive with data models, role-based permissions, and scalable UI.
  • •Create AI usage governance capabilities, including telemetry pipelines, backend systems, and user experiences for cost visibility and controls.
  • •Develop controls for managing multiple Retool Spaces and instances, enforcing organization-wide policies and identifying misconfigurations.
