Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and administer facility EHS programs in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • •Lead the site EHS safety committee and serve on the plant leadership team.
  • •Implement and continually enhance the Amcor EHS Management System and manage EHS through World Class Operations Management pillars.
  • •Coordinate EHS planning, inspections/assessments, compliance reporting, and resource management for EHS requirements.
  • •Manage incident investigations, track corrective actions to closure, and plan/train facility employees, contractors, and visitors to build an EHS culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field (highly preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in process improvement, problem solving, and root cause analysis.
  • •Effective presentation and training abilities.
  • •Strong oral and written communication plus strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage and execute projects.
