Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform timely research, development, and robust product pricing of new annuity solutions.
  • •Use MG-ALFA or other actuarial projection software to develop disciplined pricing models and risk analyses for new product designs and modifications to current products.
  • •Balance competitive and pricing objectives to achieve overall company objectives.
  • •Implement best practices in pricing methods, automation, organization, and documentation to improve efficiency and quality of product development efforts.
  • •Collaborate with Product Implementation and Pricing teams to set rates and incorporate new products into product management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Actuarial Science; two years of experience in the annuity/life insurance industry preferred.
  • •Successfully completed 2+ actuarial exams; Actuarial Mathematics exams strongly preferred.
  • •Prior experience with actuarial software is a plus; prior annuity product development experience is a plus.
  • •Ownership mindset with strong organization and delivery of results.
  • •Analytical, communicative, and team-oriented with ability to collaborate across functions.
