Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, patterns, and KPIs that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

•Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
•Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify underlying factors impacting operational performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational workflows.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and present regular performance reports and recommendations to management.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or a related field, using data to drive operational improvements.
•Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
•Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports tracking KPIs for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify underlying factors impacting operational performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, data analytics, or a related field (preferred); advanced degrees/certifications in analytics or operations management are a plus.
