Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and prioritize daily work activities and projects with the Operations Supervisor.
  • •Prepare daily resource plans and lead the workgroup to execute daily requirements.
  • •Develop and/or review safe work plans, shut-out plans, JSA’s, site procedures, and monitor work to ensure compliance.
  • •Mentor/train employees and third-party personnel; participate in outage planning and coordinate with Gas Control.
  • •Use Maximo for O&M and related equipment maintenance, oversee third-party construction/maintenance, manage inventory, and complete documentation/record keeping.

Key Requirements

  • •GED with 5 to 7 years of related experience emphasizing compressor station work, natural gas treating and dehydration, mechanical operation, project management, and technical analysis.
  • •Associates degree in an electrical or instrumentation technical field (or 4-year degree preferred).
  • •Understanding of plant controls and automation.
  • •Understanding of amine treating, glycol dehydration, and gas compression processes.
  • •Demonstrated leadership plus strong safety focus, communication, and the ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
