Crew Lead Shreveport, LA

Lead a crew responsible for safe day-to-day operations and maintenance at a natural gas compressor station and related facilities. Partner with the Operations Supervisor to plan daily work, manage resources, mentor and train team members and third parties, and oversee safe work practices, outage planning, and emergency response. Use Maximo to manage O&M requirements, coordinate construction/maintenance, maintain inventory, and ensure safety, environmental compliance, and documentation.
