Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise installation and commissioning of network stations and connections to ensure readiness for operation.
  • •Perform electrical connection/cabling work and install antennas on towers.
  • •Program stations’ frequencies and signals, and test performance efficiency.
  • •Conduct field visits and surveys, monitor network performance and alarms, and take corrective actions.
  • •Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze faults, coordinate with relevant parties, and prepare periodic technical reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete national service and be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Communications, Applied Sciences, or equivalent.
  • •New graduate or up to 3 years of experience in network station/communications maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of wireless communication systems (TETRA) and 4G/LTE technologies.
  • •Familiarity with RF (radio frequencies) and antenna characteristics, plus fault analysis and technical problem-solving.
