Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate finance product launch review workstreams across Finance and cross-functional partners, tracking owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deadlines.
  • •Support launch reviews by evaluating requirement documents, determining stakeholder impact, and confirming the validity of test transactions.
  • •Maintain project plans, action-item trackers, launch dashboards, status updates, and process documentation aligned with internal control frameworks.
  • •Facilitate follow-up with stakeholders to resolve open questions, address blockers, and keep launch deliverables on track.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve the launch review process using data, AI, automation, and standardized workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field with coursework in US GAAP or financial reporting.
  • •Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize competing deadlines while coordinating stakeholders.
  • •Ability to bring structure to ambiguous processes and provide clear status updates, surfacing risks and blockers.
  • •Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting structured findings to non-technical audiences.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LibreChat, Claude) and working knowledge of SQL or analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Looker).
