Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Financial Reporting Manager with extracting and organizing financial reports and maintaining performance records.
  • •Support circulation of monthly MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Learn and take over budget and forecast submission in SAP & BPC, including end-to-end quarterly uploads.
  • •Conduct monthly variance analysis with insights for line of business decisions.
  • •Support ad-hoc requests for business analysts and operations, and help meet group reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Com (completed or pursuing) / Inter CA / Inter CMA.
  • •0–2 years of experience in a similar FP&A/finance profile, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • •Proficiency in ERP financial software, specifically SAP and BPC.
  • •Strong analytical, functional, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks and support continuous improvement in the finance function.
