Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of Citrix/NetScaler environments (physical and virtual) and ensure optimal integration with NetScaler ADM, GSLB, SSL, and firewall/VPN components.
  • •Oversee Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops deployments (on‑prem and Citrix Cloud), supporting FAS, Cloud Connectors, StoreFront, and migration to Citrix Cloud as needed.
  • •Collaborate on virtualization and cloud projects (VMware, Nutanix; Citrix integration with AWS/Azure; Azure Virtual Desktop and CloudPC) and drive automation using PowerShell, UIPath, ServiceNow, and Power Automate.
  • •Administer endpoint management and directory services (IGEL, Active Directory; policies, OU, DNS) and ensure secure, compliant desktop environments.
  • •Provide L3/L2/L1 incident resolution and contribute to knowledge base documentation and best practices for desktop engineering and incident management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; minimum 7-10 years of experience in VDI/desktop engineering
  • •Extensive Citrix/NetScaler experience with knowledge of ADM integration, GSLB, load balancing, SSL certificates, and firewall/VPN considerations
  • •Proficiency with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on‑prem and Citrix Cloud) and related technologies (FAS, Cloud Connectors, StoreFront; Cloud migration experience)
  • •Strong virtualization and cloud skills (VMware, Nutanix; Citrix integration with AWS/Azure; Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure AD, virtual networks; Windows 365 CloudPC)
  • •Automation and scripting capabilities using ServiceNow, UIPath, Power Automate, and PowerShell; End‑user devices management with IGEL; Active Directory policies, DNS, and OU structure
