Job Summary

Partner with Visa Consulting & Analytics to co-develop data-driven solutions that help clients grow across acquisition, usage, and retention. Lead delivery of advanced analytics and AI projects using strong statistical rigor, storytelling, and visualization to drive measurable outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, VCA, and Product to define business problems, success metrics, and funded project opportunities, and continuously feed client and market insights into the data science roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate Visa’s data assets and value-added services into compelling, commercially viable propositions addressing client acquisition, usage, and retention needs.
•Partner with Sales, VCA, and Product teams to identify opportunities, shape client conversations, and convert insights into funded projects.
•Define business problems, commercial outcomes, and success metrics, then translate them into structured analytical and delivery plans.
•Execute data science projects using appropriate statistical and AI techniques to produce business-centric insights with strong storytelling and impactful visualization.
•Provide subject-matter expertise and quality assurance across complex engagements, and feed recurring client needs and market trends into the data science product and solution roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Advanced analytics and AI experience applying techniques like predictive modeling, machine learning, experimentation, and agentic AI to solve business problems.
•Strong hands-on data preparation and feature engineering, including cleaning, transforming, and validating large, complex datasets.
•Programming skills in Python and SQL, with production-grade ML workflows using tools such as pandas and scikit-learn.
•Experience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows, including multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool-augmented agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
•Familiarity with LLM integration patterns such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), function/tool calling, and memory management in agentic architectures.

Education:Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
