Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards and processes
  • •Assist with metrics, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to drive operational excellence

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
