Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide level 2 IT support and maintenance for enterprise applications and EDMS systems, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • •Collaborate with level 1 global support to resolve issues for 1000+ EPC projects and 30,000+ users, prioritizing critical needs
  • •Engage other IT teams as needed to meet global user requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • •Act as Project Manager overseeing development activities for custom enterprise applications
  • •Prepare development packages with estimates, schedules, specifications, testing, and rollout plans, and report progress to Senior Management

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • •ITIL certification preferred
  • •5+ years of work experience
  • •Strong experience with Java, HTML/CSS, Oracle, PL/SQL
  • •Proficient in SDLC with Agile and Waterfall methods
