Key Responsibilities

•Provide level 2 IT support and maintenance for enterprise applications and EDMS systems, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
•Collaborate with level 1 global support to resolve issues for 1000+ EPC projects and 30,000+ users, prioritizing critical needs
•Engage other IT teams as needed to meet global user requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration
•Act as Project Manager overseeing development activities for custom enterprise applications
•Prepare development packages with estimates, schedules, specifications, testing, and rollout plans, and report progress to Senior Management

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
•ITIL certification preferred
•5+ years of work experience
•Strong experience with Java, HTML/CSS, Oracle, PL/SQL
•Proficient in SDLC with Agile and Waterfall methods
