Lead a public sector professional services team (10+ consultants and project managers) to drive successful Celonis technology deployments across North America. Own service delivery and project portfolios, including scoping and service proposal creation to support services sales cycles and maximize revenue and utilization. •Lead, guide, and develop a team of 10+ consultants and project managers, including hiring, attrition, morale, and resource allocation.
•Drive successful Celonis technology deployments across public sector customers in North America, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and measurable business impact.
•Support services sales cycles by scoping projects and creating service proposals in partnership with Sales and Value Engineering.
•Manage value and adoption by delivering project governance and incorporating adoption plans (onboarding, training, knowledge transfer).
•Handle escalations, communicate with senior customer stakeholders, forecast and monitor resource capacity/utilization, and build partner relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,000 - 204,000 annually

•Good understanding of Celonis product implementation to lead and direct consultants and project managers.
