Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily EH&S support for the Jackson Distribution Center and assist other sites as needed while working with EHS leadership and regulatory agencies.
  • •Maintain and improve the site EH&S management system to eliminate waste, develop an accident-free culture, and ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
  • •Maintain EH&S management system plans (including ISO certifications), the EHS RoadMap, and interfaces with regulatory compliance; guide teams on employee health and safety compliance.
  • •Deliver OSHA compliance training, emergency response team training, new hire safety orientation, and other site hazard awareness training.
  • •Support annual EHS audits, implement corrective actions, lead incident investigations with Root Cause Analysis, monitor safety standards, and maintain safety contingency programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or Environmental Sciences (preferred).
  • •3-5 years’ experience maintaining an EHS culture in a warehouse environment (preferred).

  • •Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
