•Maintain and improve the EHS management system to eliminate waste, develop an accident-free culture, and ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
•Manage EHS plans and programs, including ISO certifications, EHS RoadMap, and interfaces with regulatory compliance.
•Conduct required training (OSHA compliance, emergency response, new-hire safety orientation, and hazard awareness).
•Lead safety investigations, perform root cause analysis, run annual EHS audits, and implement corrective actions.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with an EHS data management system (preferred).
