Deliver actionable data and advanced insights by transforming large datasets into business value for Visa stakeholders. •Turn large volumes of data into actionable insights for Visa clients and stakeholders.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage reporting solutions as a single source of truth.
•Develop and deploy automated processes for insight delivery, including self-serve functionality for leaders by corridor/market/region.
•Build and maintain management reporting dashboards and scorecards and establish reporting cadence for executives.
•Assess, monitor, and enhance SLAs and deliver detailed product/SLA level reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 2 years with a PhD.
•Experience in data visualization software such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
•Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts such as Star Schemas/Snowflake.
•Foundational knowledge of probability and statistics.
•Experience delivering and assessing SLA reporting or similar service-level analytics in technology-driven environments.
