Procure nuclear and non-nuclear services for Nawah, from initiation to post-award, ensuring safe, compliant and timely procurement to support the operation and maintenance of the NPP. Key Responsibilities

•Assist to prepare, plan, schedule and process the purchase of services in a timely and cost-effective manner for safe and reliable operation of the NPP
•Support nuclear supplier qualification and update the qualified supplier list
•Understand specifications and scope of work and ensure QA, Health and Safety, Engineering, and end-user requirements are included
•Assist in reviewing technical specifications for purchasing services
•Develop the Scope of Work by sending RFIs to the market to gather information and align TEC with the SOW

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent field; Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (as applicable)
•More than 3 to 5 years of procurement experience in the energy sector or power plant
•Understanding of QA, Health and Safety, Engineering and end-user requirements in procurement
•Experience reviewing technical specifications for purchased services
•Ability to develop Scope of Work, issue RFIs/EOIs, and manage supplier communications and tender processes
