Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and migrate financial and ESG reports (annual, quarterly, integrated) into the disclosure management platform.
  • •Reproduce existing report structures accurately, including headings, tables, typography, and corporate identity standards.
  • •Configure layouts, page settings, and styles using the Layout Robot to ensure automation consistency.
  • •Manage multiple reports in parallel, balancing speed and accuracy within agreed timelines.
  • •Perform quality control on report formatting and coordinate layout clarifications with customers via email and occasional Teams calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, or a background in communication design, media design, or similar, with an interest in financial reporting.
