Lead demand planning for a portfolio of brands, balancing service levels, warehouse stock, cash, and costs. Review and improve sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand by integrating commercial targets, launch plans, events, seasonality, and product lifecycle inputs. Drive S&OP alignment, perform root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracies, coordinate shortage/ageing actions with partners, and define process improvements across methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead demand planning activities for a specific portfolio of brands to balance service levels, cash, and warehouse costs.
•Review and integrate sales forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand to meet forecast accuracy expectations.
•Collaborate with Regional Category Management to forecast active and new launch products and align launch forecasts.
•Coordinate with Supply Planning, Regional Marketing, and Regional Finance through active participation in S&OP.
•Drive process improvements by defining action plans, monitoring implementation, and conducting root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
•At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management, FMCG preferred.
•Able to analyze data, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate actions.
•Experience with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities; VBA knowledge and Power BI would be an advantage.
•Able to work cross-functionally across levels with strong communication skills.
