Job Summary

Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships in a branch banking environment by understanding financial goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and sourcing referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience, or military service in a related role.
•Subject to additional background check requirements, including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
•Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience (preferred).
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
•Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills (preferred).
