Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customers’ homes while delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities

•Earn piece-rate pay and participate in an unlimited commission plan.
•Train on and become an expert in smart home technology and industry-leading products.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
•Manage inventory and company assets, and conduct routine maintenance and inventory checks.
•Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers while converting appointments into leads and revenue.

Key Requirements

•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Customer-first attitude and ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
•Technical aptitude—experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
•A valid driver’s license, a good driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
