Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in and lead architecture discussions to ensure the right architecture is achieved for HR domain initiatives.
•Define and drive high-level solution direction through the Project Start Architecture.
•Maintain and update architectural artifacts in the Architecture Repository.
•Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to modernize architectures and reduce footprint.
•Ensure architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies while delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
•Experience in End-to-End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management.
•Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms.
•Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End-to-End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals.
•5 or more years of professional IT experience in large-scale business systems environments, with hands-on experience as an architect. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
