Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver global medical review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials/activities, providing accurate, timely, balanced guidance to support high-quality materials.
  • •Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs Leads and Medical Directors to ensure non-promotional materials align to medical strategy.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of pathophysiology, pharmacotherapy, and clinical outcomes for assigned products and disease states.
  • •Provide high-quality written or verbal medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals and consumers upon request.
  • •Support and maintain departmental policies, SOPs, and working practice documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and external codes (including IFPMA and EFPIA).

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced scientific degree in pharmacy (PharmD) or related science (PhD, MD, MSc) required, including completion of a PharmD post-doctoral fellowship.
  • •Minimum 3 years of medical information or medical communications experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (or PharmD post-doctoral fellowship).
  • •At least 1 year of relevant experience reviewing and approving local/regional promotional and/or non-promotional materials.
  • •Understanding of drug development and US (FDA) and global (e.g., EMEA) regulations, including requirements for pharmacovigilance and product quality complaints.
  • •Working knowledge of AI tools for medical information and review, including the ability to evaluate outputs for scientific accuracy and compliance.
