•Ensure profitable category growth, partnering with Categories on current/future portfolio strategy and enabling innovation pipelines; act as business partner to Sales for promotional strategy decisions by channel and region.
•Serve as strategic copilot to the CFO and Category leadership, guiding trade-offs between growth, margin, and investment.
•Directly lead a 10-person team while influencing other areas through cross-functional collaboration.
