Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage costs, and manage risks across the full project lifecycle from design concept to completion.
  • •Coordinate design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers.
  • •Prepare minutes, reports, and documentation to update the client on project status and decisions.
  • •Solicit bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams.
  • •Provide technical consulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing) and contribute to the Management System (Quality/Environmental policies and Best Environmental Practices Manual).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of solid, demonstrable experience in fit and out retail and office projects.
  • •Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; specialist in construction and building systems.
  • •Office 365 and Microsoft Project experience, with constant English communication and leading technical meetings.
  • •In-depth knowledge of on-site health and safety standards and sustainability standards.
  • •Strong coordination, planning, and client communication skills, with ability to drive results by influencing others.
