Job Summary

Join Celonis as an Associate Value Engineer in the Orbit Graduate Program, a 12-month, hands-on upskilling track in AI-enabled process intelligence. Based in Madrid with potential relocation to Amsterdam, you’ll work with the Global VE CoE, collaborate with Benelux customers, develop AI pilots using SQL/Python, present insights to executives, and travel in the Benelux region to drive customer value.

•Work as part of the Global VE CoE to support the Benelux Value Engineering team on customer engagements
•Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve business objectives and AI strategy
•Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions
•Travel to the Benelux region to meet clients in person and ensure the success of customer engagements
•Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence AI product innovations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science / Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics or related fields
•Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python
•Curiosity, self-motivation and willingness to continuously learn in a fast-paced enterprise software environment
•Willingness to travel to the Benelux region to meet clients in person
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to C-level executives (Dutch and English) (fluency expected)
