Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a long-term functional, performance, and automation/simulation testing strategy.
  • •Lead and mentor domain and automation/simulation testing professionals.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test scenarios and ensure 100% coverage using automation and simulation pipelines.
  • •Design and maintain test strategies and automation/simulation frameworks across testing phases.
  • •Analyze test results, report progress/issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in system function/automation-simulation testing or development in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • •Strong leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performing testing team.
  • •Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare) and engineering lifecycle of product development.
  • •Exposure to Test and Requirement Management tools such as JIRA and Xray is must.
