•Manage all aspects of a mortgage branch/product line, including staff and customer issues, products/policies, operations, and administration.
•Personally originate and serve as an account executive on mortgage loans.
•Drive management objectives for profit, volume, quality, compliance, and bank cross-sells.
•Coach, counsel, and develop work schedules; establish and communicate group strategy.
•Adhere to bank policies and legal/regulatory requirements and help ensure effective controls to measure, monitor, and control risk.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•Minimum 3+ years of mortgage sales experience.
•4 additional years of mortgage sales experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
•Management sales experience.
•Must be able to work onsite at 4983 S Baldwin Rd, Lake Orion, MI only.
