Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet individual and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases while supporting daily store operations, inventory processing, and visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet schedule needs, including nights and weekends.
