Key Responsibilities

  • •Define end-to-end commerce architecture strategy for B2B and B2C channels, including scalable, secure, highly available, cloud-native designs.
  • •Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and technology assessments; produce solution blueprints, integration diagrams, and technical roadmaps.
  • •Architect and implement SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) capabilities such as product catalog management, pricing & promotions, search & merchandising, customer account management, order management, checkout/payment integration, and subscription commerce.
  • •Lead Salesforce Commerce architecture and implementation, including B2C/B2B commerce and integrations with Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • •Design and modernize integrations using API-first, event-driven, microservices-based architectures across enterprise systems and cloud platforms, and mentor cross-functional technical teams.
